Life Estate

A donor may wish to contribute a personal residence or farm to The Foundation and retain the right to use the property until death. Upon the donor’s death, The Foundation must own all or a substantial interest in the property. The donor is responsible for any expenses required to maintain the property for such time as they are living on the property.
