This fund is established in Memory of Emmit Herrington, who was a member of and awarded an Eagle Scout by Troop 60. The fund will support financial assistance to the families Scouts of Troop 60 and Troop 1602 of the Cuesta District of the BSA Los Padres Council, that will enable the Scouts full participation in Scouting activities.
