The Community Foundation manages charitable funds for growth over time in order to have distributions for grantmaking. Contact us if you have questions or would like to discuss any of the following:
The Foundation’s funds are professionally managed and overseen by our investment committee and our Board of Directors. Annual audited reports are available on this website
Our fund holders receive semi-annual fund statements in February and July detailing the balance of their short-termed or endowed funds, including contributions, grants and investment activity for the fiscal year-to-date. The Foundation’s fiscal year is January 1 to December 31.
Our spending policy ensures the growth potential or our endowed funds. It is a formula for distributions that is based on a board-determined percentage of the fund’s average fair market value over 36 months.
To support our careful stewardship of charitable assets we charge administrative fees on a quarterly basis.
